Just like shopping at any major department store or specialty shop, you choose the items you want to in your shopping bag. When you discover an item you want, just click the gray "Add to Bag" button. From there, you can begin the basic ordering process. The item will remain in your shopping bag until you complete the checkout process. Feel free to take your time and shop around the store. If you change your mind about an item in your shopping bag, just click the remove button next to the item you don't want before you checkout.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card. All orders paid by credit card are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in an unreadable, encrypted format at all times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we only ship to selective countries outside the U.S. All international order are shipped via USPS Global Priority. For orders with international billing addresses, we require our customers to fax us a copy of their identification and credit card to 909.494.5560. This is a security measure that we need to take in order to verify billing addresses. We charge a standard shipping and handling fee of $22.00 for all international orders. International customers are responsible for any additional customs, taxes and or tariffs. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or delays associated with your local authorities.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders in the United States are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail within 2 to 7 days from date of purchase Monday through Friday, or according to the availability of stock. International orders will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from date of purchase to arrive, depending on the ship to destination. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. All e-mail inquiries will be answered within the next business day.

RETURN POLICY
TinyShop.com will credit or exchange any purchased within the following guidelines:
1. Merchandise returned must be new and in resalable condition. (Item worn and/or washed is not returnable).
2. Any tags that were affixed must still be on the merchandise.
3. Any returns must be made within 5 days of receiving goods and must be authorized.
4. Any returns or exchanges must have a Prior Authorization number written on the outside of the package, which can be obtained via email at cservice@tinyshop.com or you can call TinyShop.com customer service at 1.888.588.2857.
5. Currently, we do not accept returns from orders outside the United States.
6. No returns or exchanges on sale items.
7. No returns or exchanges on panties including thongs, g-strings, boylegs, bikinis, tangas and coulottes. These items are not resaleable if returned due to sanitary reasons.
